Ey up, I'm Meg

I’m a proud Manc surviving in Yorkshire, and I’ve pretty much had a camera glued to my hands since school. I was that weird kid turning up everywhere with a camera whether anyone asked for it or not. Not much has changed, to be honest… it’s just turned into a career that’s somehow lasted over ten years.

For the past seven, I’ve been working full-time with one of the UK’s biggest tour operators, shooting everything from big-name hotels (think Barcelo, Hilton, Hyatt) to destinations all across Europe. I’ve covered lively events, quiet in-between moments, and everything in between, usually with a camera in one hand and a pint in the other.

When I’m not working, I keep things fairly simple: cosy firelit pubs, long wanders with my camera, and hanging out at home with my cats. Nothing overly polished, nothing forced.

That’s pretty much how I approach photography too! Relaxed, honest, and actually reflective of what’s in front of me.

My Approach

I’m proud of the work I’ve done so far but I’m always more interested in what’s next.

What sets me apart isn’t just the end result, it’s how I work. I keep things straightforward, collaborative, and considered. Whether I’m shooting a hotel, a busy venue, or on set, I take the time to understand what you actually need and then make it happen without overcomplicating it.

Simple ideas

Some of the strongest images come from keeping things simple, staying observant, and knowing when to press the shutter. I focus on creating work that feels natural, relevant, and genuinely useful.

Lasting impact

I aim to create imagery that holds up — across campaigns, socials, and over time. Work that feels consistent, honest, and easy to use. No gimmicks, no forced moments — just solid photography that does its job properly.
